trigger screen filtering by user or usergroup

Would it be difficult to be able to filter the trigger screen base on trigger name ?

The aim will be to get on this screen ONLY triggers that we have decided to show for a particular user or usergroup.

Example of filter :

All triggers with severity>= information and trigger name like '%FORU%'
