I tried this in both my favorite reader (Foxit PDF Reader) and Adobe's reader. Both only show the table of contents up to '1. About' and then stop.
Anyone else have this issue?
Wondering if there is a problem with my computer or if the PDF might need to be rebuilt. I think PDF format is good for a manual. But it is very hard to navigate without a working TOC for me.
EDIT: Also noticed one typo on page 75 at top is says "Trigger name like ‘Database is anavailable’" I think it should be "Trigger name like ‘Database is unavailable’"
