Need an Event-ID for integration with ticketing systems

One of the really useful features of BigBrother is that it creates an event ID (just an alphanumeric string starting with an alpha) to permit correlation of alert-on & alert-off for the same event. This is essential for integrating with a ticketing system. For me, its absence may be a deal killer to using Zabbix, as my boss is very keen on getting any monitoring solution we use integrated with a ticketing system.

When defining your action the message marcos I think you might need are {TRIGGER.ID} or {EVENT.ID}.

I think with one or both of these you can get the information you need to auto gen tickets.
