Hi Folks,

I have been evaluating products and one feature that I thought would be quite good would be automatically filling in the details of the host profile based on information received from the client.

For example, the Host, OS, SerialNo and MAC Address could all be automatically populated for PowerEdge servers as all this information is available either by the zabbix_agentd or the SMNP (I think!).
