Tracert on active trigger ?

Is there anyway to get zabbix to trace route to a server when a trigger shows that a website is down?

We have a problem at a client whose ISP has a dodgy connection to one of their routers. We know it, they know it but we need to show it. Its always sods law that by the time we do a tracert to the website, the conneciton is back up.

Can we automate this ?

just make a script that gets activated if the trigger (ping is down on example) gets on, in that script you make a trace route and let the script e-mail the output.
