Hi,
when updating templates I think it's not very readable to have the list of updated items at the top. Especially when configuring new things in templates I constantly need to scroll down after testing.
How about placing the list of updated items after the list of items in the table you are currently viewing?
Note: items are not "ZABBIX items" rather the list of hosts/items/triggers/graphs/....
