Is Zabbix 1.6 going to have an improved GUI?

One thing that lets Zabbix down is its poor web0.9esq GUI. If you compare it to the likes of Hyperic or Zenoss its got a very old feel. Its a very aesthetic question I realise but I feel a very important one. Especially when selling a new monitoring system to managers/directors.

The functionality of Zabbix is amazing but the control over it I feel needs improvement.

From what I have seen, does the web interface not change much of it's look in version 1.6. There are going to be some improved features, but the overall design is the same.

I tested 1.5 a while ago, there were minimal improvements. Such as on a graph the forward/back/zoom was much nicer. But I was hoping for more.

Dunno if its still the same but yes. And netsaint before that .... and Nocol before that. However if you are looking at modern open source monitoring systems you are pretty much looking at Zenoss, Opsview, Hyperic and Zabbix.

            Thats it.
The Nagios GUI is so ugly but it is the first chosen tool for many companies.
What i mean is, for most people the features and stability is more important than a "eye candy" GUI.

i'm the one who really satisfy with the current ZABBIX GUI. It's easy to understand and very light. What i would like to looking for, how data/information being presented instead of colour full GUI but meaningless and sometimes confusing.

              Thanks,
              BEE
