Overall IT Services Availability

Hello all,

we've started communicating our Zabbix IT services scores to management and I've been asked to include "total availability of all services" in my report. Of course, I can add all the percentages in Calc and do an average but I was wondering if I could do it automatically in Zabbix.

One spiffy thing would be to have something like the screenshot below.

Yes, ZABBIX already does this. Create an IT Services tree having a structure similar to:

IT Services
- Service 1
- Service 2
- ....
- Service N

So, the overall SLA of the IT Services will be calculated automatically based on SLAs of all related services.

The second traffic map is very nice. Looking forward to see something like this in ZABBIX.
