Network Subsets / User Specific Views

Are there any plans in the works to implement per-user views of the network?

We have a need to monitor our entire environment, but also to allow end-users/customers to view the status of their networks (ie which we are monitoring on their behalf).

From what I can see, Zabbix thinks of "users" in terms of levels of administrative access, but still allows all users to see all of the network.

Even better, I plan to introduce some sort of virtualisation support, i.e. one ZABBIX server will be able to monitor IT resources of several institutions (orgaznisations, networks, whatever) completely independently. The institutions will be completely separated in the front-end, thus an user assigned to one institution will have absolutely no clue about other institutions. I'm not sure I explained it clearly enough...

interesting... would I still be able to configure some kind of "super-admin" type users who could see an unrestricted view (preferably still grouped in their "institutions")?

eg, I work for an ISP, I need to monitor everything in the network. But also, I'd like to be able to define portions of my network and make that "sub-view" visible to my customers so they can see their own connections and those parts of my network on which they depend. When you talk about "completely seperated in the front-end" it sounds like it's not really going to fit my situation.
