web scenarios view must escape html tags

In web scenario configuration at least "Required" field allows html tags and does not escape them (breaking page markup).

    version 1.4.5
    Steps to reproduce:
    create web scenario
create step with "<!-- foo" in "Required" field.

      Thanks for the quick response.
And, btw, cyrillic (non ascii?) strings in that field caused web scenario to not produce any values. Can you please check that case too?

Surely they're supported in 1.6, right?

Currently, only GUI(frontend) is ready to support it.
