i got this error but i really do not understand, what zabbix is trying to tell me here ? Anyone that can help on this ?

Zabbix tells u that the function (base "zabbix" / table "functions") with functionid = 32345 did not work...

search in ur DB to which item the function 32345 corresponds...and u will find which item is not getting any value.
