Got empty string from [cyber101] IP [10.0.10.100] Parameter [agent.ping]

can some one please tell me what is wrong when i get the errors..i think i do all configuration right and dont know what else i can do to fix the error.. please help me....

ur message is quit short....
have u tried to join ur agent on port 10050 directly to test the connection (like with a telnet) ?
is ur agent responding to other items ?
