Pb on db.inc.php

first excuse my bad english ^^

So this is my problem:

I try to add a host (win32 on xp) and when I click ADD I have this:

Warning: pg_exec(): Query failed: ERROR: relation "actions" does not exist in /home/admin/zabbix/html/include/db.inc.php on line 63

Warning: pg_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid PostgreSQL result resource in /home/admin/zabbix/html/include/db.inc.php on line 102

but my host added well.

i would reindex my pgsql db,


you should do it once a month
