LDAP-Performance Peak always 3.0 s

Hello I have a LDAP Performance Item and Trigger configured:

{Server-X:net.tcp.service.perf[ldap,x.x.x.x,9389].last(0)}>0.5

Everytime the Trigger is on (normally it's Off because <0.01 s), the {ITEM.LASTVALUE} is nearly 3.0 s, e.g.

3.002160
3.010946
3.002915
3.005938
3.004385

Why could that be? Why not 2 s or 4 s ? It's always around 3 s.

I thought it was because of

Timeout=3

in zabbix_agentd.conf, but changing that to 8 did not help either.
