zabbix desactivate items when host has issue

hello,

i meet a big issue with zabbix. Each time a server has some issue like no more memory, cpu 100% or things like that the items return values like 'memory error' and if the parameters is an integer (let say agent ping...) then zabbix just...disable it.. And the host is no more monitored and i cannot see if there is an issue with it. Anyway to prevent this from happening ?

how to trigger on 'notsupported' event

is there a way to have a trigger answer to a 'unsupported' event in zabbix ?
perhaps the nodata ?

Use the parameter nodata(nb_of_seconds)=1 in your trigger.
