I have a new box with a kernel 2.6.24.5-grsec-xxxx-grs-ipv4-64 that shows me false positives for apache and ssh because proc.num simply returns 0 even if the process is started.
I've also noticed that the /proc seems now protected so I think it may be related, don't know if it's a patch during compilation of the kernel or really included into this kernel release.
I'm running gentoo with above kernel and upgraded to zabbix 1.6.
