service window for an item or host

Hi folks!

Is there some one that has implemented a service window for an item or host?
Say that you restart proc A every day between 05:00 to 05:10, during this time You do not want to have any alarms regarding proc A, but you still want to monitor The host with other items. Is this doable using zabbix 1.4.6 ??

Hi,

Have u tried 'Flexible intervals' ? U can create a interval that can be:

600 sec at 1-7,05:00-05:10

Its mean: betwen 05:00 and 05:10 the interval will be 600 secs (10 min) so the next check will occur after service restart.

Hmm just what i suspected, I would be nice if there was any possibility to create a “time template” Host/item/trigger.
