Zabbix and Nagios : Alert not same (simple ping)

Hello...

we using nagios, but currently testing zabbix. i've create simple ping item. but the problems is the the alert is not same between nagios... i got more alert on zabbix comparing to nagios.

this what i created. anything wrong?

It could be that Nagios prevents excessive messages with his flap detection algorithm.

Zabbix doesn't have the flap detection. But you could (should, must...) use a hysteresis on the trigger like

({Template_Simple_Check:icmpping.max(#2)}=0)|(({TRIGGER.VALUE}=1)&({Template_Simple_Check:icmpping.min(#5)}=0))

This would trigger after 2 loss of ICMP ping and the alarm goes off when 5 continued ICMP ping has received.
