Time Slection slider freezes

Putting this bug here to let others know it's been submitted.

Environment: Firefox

Description:
When I move the slider to show a time span greater than one hour things work great. When I move the slider back to one hour it will select a time of 59 minutes. Subsequent attempts to change the slider are not possible as that component is now unresponsive. Reloading the screen will work.

I also noticed the same problem in IE when moving the scroll-bar back to the far right after view a time period larger than an hour. It does not happen all the time. I would have to refresh the screen in order to be able to use the controls again. :-)
