zabbix proxy through Wan

hello,

i've setup zabbix in distributed monitoring.
Zabbix server <--- WAN ---< zabbix proxy >----- monitored LAN

zabbix proxy has 2 lan card :
one for monitored lan (no internet access) : 192.168.1.X
one for sending data to zabbix server trough internet : 10.0.0.X

on the zabbix server, i can see my zabbix proxy and the last seen (age) value is 0m. So my zabbix proxy send heartbeat to zabbix server.

When i'm monitoring a windows server, data go to zabbix proxy. But zabbix proxy don't send the data to zabbix server.
(verified in mysql). There is no error in log file.

What is my problem in this setup., please?

Check value of Hostname in zabbix_proxy.conf.
