Is it possible to have escalation such that:
step 1 emails one group of users
X minutes later (step 2), email another group of users but ONLY if the condition 'trigger.value == problem'
The only condition in the escalation step is 'event acknowledged' - there is no other criteria available!
In other words, one group of people are alerted to the problem immediately, and then a second group are alerted but ONLY if the problem hasn't been resolved (and not by using the event acknowledgement - the problem may have also self-repaired).
At the moment, an alert is escalated even if the problem no longer exists (trigger.value == OK).
Best wishes
