Hi,
I have been monitoring 1090 hosts with 1887 items and 1441 triggers.
My server has 2GB ram and xeon 3.6 ghz processor. Zabbix 1.4.6 with postgresql-8.3 on ubuntu 8.04 LTS 64bit.
I have got a main map with 120 host groups and links between them. And every host group has a map with 8-10 hosts.
It takes about 36-40 seconds if I want to change from one map to another.
If you ever tested such a configuration what is your average map load time?
Should I add 2GB ram or one more CPU? If I will add some Ram or CPU can I decrease the map loading time to about 5-10 seconds?
PS: I have already done some postgresql and apache optimizations.
Thanks,
