Network map doesn't show for user 'guest' on Zabbix v1.6

Network map doesn't show any more for user 'guest' after upgrade Zabbix v.1.4.6 to v.1.6. When I try to access Network map I got the message "No maps defined". The rest of Monitoring features (Graphs etc.) shows normally.
User permissions for 'guest' configured by default.
How can I get a Network map for 'guest' user?

User must have read permissions for all elements of a map, otherwise the map will not be displayed to the user.

User rights for 'guests' group are:
Host groups Read-only: ":All, :Templates"
Host groups Deny: empty
Hosts Deny: some hosts

Please help me. How can I remove Deny hosts?
