Problem of escalation and action

I use zabbix version 1.6,
After I use escalation of action, no action email is out when there is a PROBLEM trigger. However, it is normal to send a action email when escalation is not used. Anything I have done wrong? Attached is the captured screen (configuation of a ACTION before and after escalation is used)

Escalated Email Action

Here is what I'm using that works.

I can't remember why I set it up this way(I think it started at step to so I would get the initial 60sec delay)
Note: All my alerts I prefer to only get 1 message down and 1 message when back up.
Try starting with step (1 - 1)

If you want a nag message every min then set Period to 60 and Step 1 - 0

Can you post an updated screenshot of your configure actions screen for the action you are having issues with.

Hi leec,

Attached is the latest ACTION screens. Same problem occurred.
However, since I use development version of 1.6 now (rev6212), I use back default binary of 1.6. The problem is disappeared!
Also, I tried version 1.6.1 too, same problem occurred.

Looks good except "Status: Disabled" which you are probably aware of.

But looks like I'm running 1.6 (guess I missed a step during the upgrade)

I'll try zabbix_server 1.6.1 later this week

I'm using 1.6.1 and the problems still occur.

It's an issue with escalator in 1.6.1 (I patched mine and it works now)
