View Graphs in the Past and Auto Refresh Problems

When looking at graphs in latest data and in graphs itself, the graph time period will return back to the current time if you are looking into the past when it auto refreshes. Is this suppose to be the behavior? Also, is anyone else seeing this too? Just curious.
