Escalation not working

I am running 1.6.1 on a Solaris 10 box, and have been trying to get escalation to work. Attached is my test action. I get nothing from this. I have tested out the action without escalation checked and it works.

Any ideas? Not sure what to try next.

A little bit late but the Escalation in version 1.6.1 is not working.

You need to patch it or to use the version 1.6.2.

Yes, please consider using of 1.6.2. We had a couple of escalation related issues in 1.6.1, which is probably what you experienced.
