Mysql db upgrade patch

Hello,

i Have some problems with the mysql upgrade script...
When i launch the command line : cat patch.sql |mysql zabbix -u<username> -p<password>

I laways have this error : ERROR 1050 (42S01) at line 16: Table 'actions_tmp' already exists

I have tried to remove the table with drop table in mysql but still have another similar error again with another table..

Anyone can help ???

Final goal is to upgrade zabbix from 1.1.7 to 1.6.1 can I do this without upgrading to 1.4 ?

No, you should upgrade to 1.4 first, then to 1.6.x.

But how can I upgrade the mysql database I always have the error as desccribed above ???

First, I hope you did a backup of the database before you started... Otherwise it may be a challenge to unravel things and perform the upgrade.

Start the mysql client and execute the following.

drop table actions_tmp;

WARNING!!!
This will delete the table permenantly.

If you need to get a list of tables execute the following:
show tables;

I have drop the tables with error et repatch but now I have this :ERROR 1054 (42S22) at line 38: Unknown column 'source' in 'field list'..

Anyone got an idea ?

you likely have a schema mismatch.

What steps are you doing? Have you also performed the intermediate upgrades? 1.1.x -> 1.4.x -> 1.6.x

Anyone could list the fields of the table actions version 1.1.7 ?
I have only 5 fields in this table : action_id, name, eventsources, evaltype, status.
