Strange errors on triggers configuration page after update to 1.6.2

After upgrading Zabbix from 1.6.1 to 1.6.2 I'm seeing strange errors on the triggers configuration page:
Host is unavailable.
ZABBIX was down.

Triggers work fine though and it doesn't matter if I enable/disable trigger, errors are still displayed. Hosts are also monitored and all the items are on the 'Active' state.
I have no idea, what are these errors indicating to.

It's getting even worse

And even more errors...

Theese triggers are not just added. They have been there for at least 6 months and error messages apeared also after update.
Does anybody have any idea, what does they mean

Well, they are 'helpfull' messages for problem solving purposes.
If you are looking at a template, these messages should be gone or different since it's a template . . . but it's a new feature.
