Problem with cyrilic after 1.6.2 upgrade

Hello all,

Once upgraded to new 1.6.2 release, I immediatly faced the problem with all cyrilic symbols loaded from DB to my PHP-Frontend . In db they all ok - UTF-8.

Has something been changed related to page endcoding? Thnx

I assume You just forgot to apply this patch which is not officially included in 1.6.x
