alpha 11 : broken package

Hi,

The ./configure could not work, cause it calls "install-sh" and this file does not exists.

Actually it exists, but as a broken simlink to /usr/share/automake-1.9/install-sh

Same think for other autoconf related files as "depcomp" and "missing".

I don't think I've missed something ...
