HTML Entities issue with action

Hello,

i migrate from 1.4 to 1.6, and now when i click on an Action, i have an issue:

"htmlentities() [<a href='function.htmlentities'>function.htmlentities </a>]: Invalid multibyte sequence in argument[/usr/share/zabbix/include/classes/ctag.inc.php:258]

Any ideas for this error ?

Improper chars in action name.. Possibly multi-byte chars. Rename action, that should fix the problem.
