vfs.file.cksum doesn't work ?

Hi all,

I'm using Zabbix 1.6 and the build-in zabbix-server template checks the file '/etc/services' for changes. I get a nice value for it (2540850294), but this value is always the same, even after I edited the file.

Checksum item : vfs.file.cksum[/etc/services]
Checksum trigger : {ZABBIX Server:vfs.file.cksum[/etc/services]. diff( 0 ) }>0

As said, this is completely default out-of-the-box template.

Can anyone point me in the direction why I always get the samen value ?

OK never mind
too many servers, changing the file on the wrong server
(where is that blushing ashamed smily ? :-) )
