Events lost...

Hi all,
I faced a weird issue today...

i had several triggers acknowledged (high & low age).
During the morning i lost the acknowledgment of several triggers (not all) & it was not possible to acknowledge them...

i went through the DB :
the trigger records were OK, with good values but there were no more events linked to these triggers...
the acknowledged eventids had been suppressed from table Events .

Is this a normal behaviour ? Is there a directive to change to avoid that ?

I faced this strange issue today for a trigger...
I compared with yesterday's backup & it confirmed that one record in the DB - table events was missing....

Only housekeeper can delete records from the table events. Check your settings in Configuration->General.

Hi alexei,
housekeeping was configured to 7 days.. I increased it & will check if it works..
