IPMI IP Address stored in IP column of table hosts

On latest 1.6.2, just noticed that on the host config if you are using both "Connect to IP address" and "Use IPMI" with "IPMI IP address", the host IP gets stored in the "ip" column of table hosts, and the IPMI IP address gets stored in the "dns" column. However, if you are using "Connect to DNS name" and using IPMI, then the IPMI IP address gets stored in the "ip" column. This leads to a confusing situation on the Hosts configuration screen where the the DNS name shows as the IPMI address. Wouldn't it be better to have a separate "ipmi_ip" column in the hosts table (like the other ipmi parameters like ipmi_port are) rather than trying to make the "ip" and "dns" columns do double duty?

You are right on this. Pre-1.8 already contains a separate field for IPMI IP address, it is not in 1.6.x.
