Bandwidth utilization

I'm evaluating Zabbix 1.6.1 and found it very powerfull.

I want to monitor the bandwidth utilization on my routers...

for this I have a equation

Bandwidth utilization = ((ifInOctets + ifOutOctets)/(ifSpeed / 8)) * 100

but I am unable to add a item and trigger for above...

can anybody please help me...

what is the syntax of the trigger you are trying to add ?

Im trying to add following expression

(((ifInOctets.1 + ifOutOctets.1)/(ifSpeed.1 / 8)) * 100) > 80

.1 is the index

Error getting is : cannot add trigger

any help much appreciated...
