windows zabbix_aggent fails to start after reboot

Hi all!
Sorry for my English...
Our company have a zabbix server, and a set of servers with linux and windows installed on them. So some of windows 2003 servers got this error: after reboot zabbix_aggent doesn't start with error logged in windows system log:

I watched netstat output there is nothing bound on that tcp port.

But it is starting if I do that manually.

Hi,

Have you check what is the configuration file that Zabbix server use?
Are you using the same config file when you try to start it manually?

Also, under which account the zabbix service is running?

And of course, what have change? If you have done a reboot is probably because you have change something on the server and knowing that will probably help to identified the problem.
