Zabbix 1.6.2 - Postgres High CPU Load

I have a big problem. In my server postgres the postmaster process consume 100% of CPU constantly.
My Postgres has vacuuming enabled.
In zabbix I disabled housekeeping and set StartPollers=1, but nothing changed.

Suggestions / Help?
