Remote Commands don't run after 1.6.3 upgrade

- 1.6.3 client and server
- EnableRemoteCommands=1 set in zabbix_agentd.conf
- When the server run the script, we get this output:

7687:20090330:155649 Requested [system.run[/zabbix/scripts/create_ticket.sh <snip macros> ,nowait]]
7687:20090330:155649 Sending back [ZBX_NOTSUPPORTED]

What changed?

Resolved. I added:

ExternalScripts=/etc/zabbix/externalscripts

to the agent configuration file, restarted the agent and relocated our script there. All works as before.

I saw this configuration option in 1.4.2 but didn't implement it (just used full paths in the external scripts that I ran) and things worked fine. Something change?

Resolved. I added:

ExternalScripts=/etc/zabbix/externalscripts

This parameter has nothing to do with execution of remote commands. Something else "fixed" it.
