Zabbix 1.6.3 error while adding item to template

Hi, I'm getting an error when adding new items to a template in zabbix. I'm not sure what the error does tough, because the item works as if there was no error. Here's a screenshot.

I'm running the frontend on IIS btw.

I'd also like to note that when an item is added like this, it is not displayed under it's application name, here is a screenshot. I have to open the item and save it again to display it in the correct application.

Edit: it seems that I have to set the item's application to none and then set it to Solaris_Oracle before it is displayed in the correct place.
