1.6.4 DM Item descrepancy between Master and Child

I have a remote node (NodeId 3) that is performing the way I would expect it to.

But when I go into the configuration on the Master Node I am seeing alot of duplciated hosts, items not coming up correctly, etc.

When I browse to the webserver on the remote node everything is correct.

What could be causing the discrepancy? How should I correct it?

I'm also having some weird DM issues.

I have one node out of sync (reinstalled one node, while keeping the database in tact), and the master node is not getting in sync with child node.
I saw 1 configuration update, and thats it.

I also think the webinterface has a problem. Administration->nodes on the slave nodes, only shows the local node and not the master node (bad thing).

MySQL-5.0
Ubuntu-8.04LTS
