Graph min, max, avg draws the same graph 1.6.4

    Hi Guys,

I am having this problem, please help:

    1. I create an Item (simple_check, http_perf, numeric(float))
    2. I create a Graph (simple, function:ALL, graph type: normal, Y axis type: calcuated) with the previously created Item

The graph displays but only with one line on it!

I tried then to create three lines on the same graph using the same Item created in step 1 but the first line displays the min, second the max and the third one the avg.

The three lines was drawn on the top of each others!

    What could be the problem?

May be because it's the same value?

Allright, this was my misunderstanding since min, avg, max are missing from the documentation.

Let me describe it a little: min, avg, max is NOT interpreted for the whole graph. Their interpretation time frame depends on the period of the Graph. This means, if you choose 1 day for the period the time frame of these functions may contain more than one measured data so min, max and avg could be different. If period is short like 1 hour it is very likely that the interpretation time frame will contain only one measured data so that one data will be min, max and avg too.

It would be very valuable if this part would be described in the documentation

If you go to Monitoring --> Latest Data for your item, what does your history-graph show?

That would mean that it has only ever returned the same value or a difference in the value is so small that it cannot the deviation. Did you expect it to return other values? You might have to use a different key.
