A result of trigger don't appear in Overview

Guys,

I have two triggers to same item, One is to Process utilization in critical level and other to high level.

Here I use templates for all hosts, but only one trigger of only one host appear with gray color, it means like unknown status, but I can get this result through zabbix_get by server.

I already removed the link of template from this host and put again and this error still appear.

What I can do to solve this problem?

I am using this version:
ZABBIX Server (daemon) v1.6.2 (16 January 2009)

And in client:
ZABBIX Agent (daemon) v1.4.4 (17 December 2007)

I don't know why, but this trigger after many time appear normally in overview. I really don't understand this...

Well, I don't know exactly what it is related to, but considering the amount of bugs corrected since 1.6.2 (and 1.4.4), I suggest you update to 1.6.4 and see if it changes anything
