1.6.4 Windows agent ZBX_NOTSUPPORTED for uptime,cpu,...

One of our Windows 2003 Std Edition Server is having problems collecting most of the items we have assigned to it. For example it doesn't report cpu utilization or uptime. When I try to manually query entries i get error code ZBX_NOTSUPPORTED.

I investigated the problem by turning log level of agent to 5 and got following errors:
3132:20090504:140951 Call to PdhMakeCounterPath() failed: A required argument is missing or incorrect.
3204:20090504:140955 Can't make counter path: A required argument is missing or incorrect.

I tried with zabbix agentd versions 1.4.4, 1.4.5 and 1.6.4 and got same error messages with all of them.

Is this Zabbix problem or Windows problem?

Solved

This wasn't bug on Zabbix after all.
I investigated this for a while and found that performance monitor items didn't have any names.
Rebuilding perfmon counters with lodctr /R fixed the problem.
