    net-snmp-devel for Debian Sarge

    Hi!

I am trying to install Zabbix on a Debian Sarge machine. Configuration exits with an error in net-snmp. Searching the forums I found that the package net-snmp-devel should solve the problem. But where do I find this package for Debian Sarge?

Maybe I should add some detail in this thread. This is my error message when running configure:

    checking for NET-SNMP support... no
configure: error: Invalid NET-SNMP directory - unable to find net-snmp-includes.h

So perhaps there is something wrong with my Net-snmp installation?

      be sure that you installed:

ii libsnmp5-dev 5.1.2-6.1 NET SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) Development Files

      then your compile will work
