Hi, I just installed Zabbix and I'm trying to configure it to work. I installed the agent on a WinXP system with no firewall running. None of the items seem to be updating. Under queue, all the items have a "Next time to check" of 12.31.1969 19:00:00. fping is installed on the server.

Am I doing something wrong here?

No, you're not doing anything wrong. Just make sure that the W32 agent is running, accepts connections, and the port is not already taken by some other process.

Also, you may check zabbix_suckerd's log file for any warning or error messages.

Its working now, thanks. I'm not sure what the problem was, but I reinstalled the w32 agent and moved the config file. All is well.
