My SMTP require user authentication. I try create a new media, but auth is not supported .

How is i can send out email ?

There was a thread about this, at points it was somewhat of a flame war but yes the only way to do this with the current version is to write an external notification script. Look at the way SMS messages are done as the method will be similar.
