No action out after migrated zabbix to new server

Dear,

I just migrate the zabbix 1.6.1 (including web gui, database and zabbix server binary) from server A(IP:192.168.1.X) to server B(IP:192.168.1.Y). However, no action is out while triggers are happened.
what I do when doing migration are:
1. copy the zabbix binary and config file from server A to B
2. copy the innodb files (ibdata and log) from server A to B
3. copy web gui files from server A to B

Server B is working normal if using a newly clean installed database.
What I have missing ? Anyone can help ?

Or What steps should take when migrating zabbix to a new physical server ?
