I am not sure how this happened and I know of one fix, but it is not my preferred one.
I have some host entries which are linked to two templates (which are linked to each other as well). The triggers are duplicated for the hosts, but the items are not.
Information Enabled Template_Linux:Configured max number of opened files is too low on host.mydomain.zzz {host.mydomain.zzz:kernel.maxfiles.last(0)}<512

Information Enabled Template_Linux:Configured max number of processes is too low on host.mydomain.zzz {host.mydomain.zzz:kernel.maxproc.last(0)}<256
Average Disabled Template_Linux:Email (SMTP) server is down on host.mydomain.zzz {host.mydomain.zzz:net.tcp.service[smtp].last(0)}=0
Average Enabled Template_Linux:Email (SMTP) server is down on host.mydomain.zzz {host.mydomain.zzz:net.tcp.service[smtp].last(0)}=0
Now, I can disable the duplicated triggers, but I cannot delete them (since they're linked with template_linux)
I can remove the duplicates, only if I unlink and clear the data, but I'm really not interested in losing history, but at the same time, I'd like to keep it clean and not have a bunch of disables across the board and also not necessarily get duplicated trigger reactions.
Any clues how to fix this without dumping history?
am on 1.6.5..
thanks in advance!
