Issue when trying to install libnet-snmp5-devel-5.1.2-6mdk.i586v

I am trying to install libnet-snmp5-devel-5.1.2-6mdk.i586, which I understand is a neccesary package for Zabbix but I get the following error:

Some package requested cannot be installed:
libnet-snmp5-devel-5.1.2-6mdk.i586 (due to unsatisfied tcp_wrappers-devel)
do you agree ?


Any thoughts?
