little remote command issue

Hi,

have a little problem.

I`ve a productive enviroment and a test enviroment. in the Test enviroement i tested the remote commands with the restart of spooler service.

In /var/log/zabbix-server/zabbix-server.log i got a message that the script execute.

But in the productive enviroment i got no message in the log and i dont know how i can troubleshoot the problem.

Anyone an idea?

Here the remote command:
{HOSTNAME}:c:/scripts/restart_spooler.bat
